Our in-house marketing team creates timely and professional looking color
brochures, postcards and other collateral for each listing distribute to prospective buyers
and other agents. In addition to agent-paid advertising, The Guiltinan Group subsidizes
an extensive advertising campaign in various newspapers, magazines and internet sites.

Company-Wide Meetings and Listings Tours
The Guiltinan Group associates share listings and sellers’ motivation information
to bi-monthly in-house sales meetings. They also tour new company listings to promote
listing awareness.

Multiple Listing Service and MLS Caravans
Information about your property will be included in the San Diego MLS database,
which is widely used as a valuable resource by the brokerage community. The Guiltinan
Group also hosts caravans and invites other brokers to preview selected properties. At
this time, your agent will discuss the most important selling points that will allow other
agents to aggressively promote your property to their clients.

Legal Counsel
From assisting our sales associates and their clients in structuring transactions and
resolving issues arising during escrow, to answering questions and assisting with issues
that may arise after the close of escrow, The Guiltinan Group’s in-house legal counsel is
available every step of the way.

Escrow Management
Our relationship with local Title and Escrow companies provides valuable
assistance to ensure timely closings, expedited paperwork, and properly executed
contracts, as well as overseeing the maintenance of complete and accurate files for our
agents and their clients.
